The LMS Prevention Organizational Systems AIDS Care and Treatment Project (ProACT) is a USAID-funded project managed by Management Sciences for Health (MSH). The goal of the project is to build the capacity of Nigeria’s public/private institutions and communities to strengthen sustainable systems for HIV/ AIDS and TB service delivery. The project seeks to

Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (1 Position)

The objective of the M&E officer position is to assist the M&E systems advisor in the management of the project M&E system to generate data and strategic information for program management, reporting, documentation of results, and publication of operational research findings.

Qualification
- The suitable candidate will have a postgraduate degree in statistics, demography, epidemiology or related field with focus on database management systems.
- S/he will have at least 2 years hands-on-experience at a senior position in monitoring and evaluation of HIV/AlDS and TB programs with very good analytical, presentation, communication and reporting skills.
- Practice in operational research is highly desirable.
